In response to the COVID-19 Situation and to assist our Policyholders:
• We will waive NSF fees that arise from missed payments
• We will allow policyholders to update their driving distances or vehicle use to reflect their circumstances
• We will allow policyholders to use their vehicles for volunteer work, including deliveries, with no adjustment to premiums, provided the exposure hasn’t dramatically changed
• If you are working from home, no additional coverage or premium will be required
• We continue to offer a variety of flexible payment options

POLICY REFUND OF 10% ANNOUNCED
North Kent Mutual Insurance is very pleased to announce a 10% Refund of premium this year. Refunds are based on annual premium of Property, Farm and Commercial Policies. Automobile policies are excluded. The policy must have an effective date prior to January 1st 2019.
