John Walker Insurance LTD. announces a new bursary program as commitment to the Saint John Vito’s Major U18 Hockey Program



“We are pleased to announce our commitment to one graduating player each year from the Saint John Vito’s Major U18 Hockey Program with a $1,500 bursary to be applied toward the players post-secondary education” says, Jason Walker, President, John Walker Insurance LTD. This speaks to the Walker Family’s commitment the Vito’s Hockey Program in supporting the educational journey as an essential part of fostering talent and dedication both on and off the ice. Jason is an Alumni of the Saint John U18 Hockey Program himself, playing for the Saint John Pepsis for two seasons in 1989 & 1990 and recognizes the importance of post-secondary education following a hockey career. Details on how to apply for the bursary will be released at the upcoming player banquet scheduled within the next few weeks.



The Board of Directors for the Saint John Vito’s Hockey Program are extremely appreciative to the Walker Family for their support and commitment to a player’s education that will have impact on their future. Thank you…..
