In the midst of the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we would like to remind everyone of our commitment to protecting the health and safety of our customers and staff.
By following the guidelines put in place by health officials, all companies under the Downey Auto Group umbrella (Downey Ford Dealerships, Supreme Tire and Automotive, Crown Collision, Everarmour, and Downey Credit Solutions) have implemented strict extra precautions to ensure safety in our establishments. Although we have always enforced a high standard of cleanliness, we understand that the need for sanitization and cleanliness is heightened in this time. Each department will be sanitized thoroughly on a frequent schedule to prevent the spread of any bacteria or germs.
We are also committed to our staff’s wellbeing and have released information to all team members with precautionary measures as well as proper sanitary techniques (proper hand-washing, etc).
We are offering our customers numerous options to limit their health risk while in the market for a new vehicle or vehicle servicing. Every one of our vehicles will be disinfected before and after each test drive, and we will be offering pick-up and drop-off for vehicle purchases. Also, we will be ensuring that every step of the buying process can be assisted with online. We will also offer pick-up and drop-off with vehicle servicing.
Going forward, we will closely monitor and coordinate our operations with the advice and recommendations of our provincial and federal governments. We wish each and every one of you as a community well in this time.
