RATES..RATES..RATES.. WTF ( what the finance)

Bond rate went up..SO FIXED RATES GOING UP
Inflation going up(gas prices) so VARIABLE RATES GOING UP
When gas goes up Groceries go up everything goes up!

No one has a crystal ball and we cant truly predict rates.
But I have been saying rates will climb this year!!!!!
