We lost someone very important to Port Dalhousie this past week. We’re grateful for everything you’ve done. Thank you, Carlos, rest easy ♥️

A final farewell tribute for Councillor N. Carlos Garcia, who represented Ward 6 (Port Dalhousie) since his election to City Council in 2014, will take place on Saturday.
His family is welcoming guests for a tribute Saturday, Dec. 14, at noon, in the ceremony room at George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton St. in St. Catharines.
