You might be surprised to learn that your landlord or their insurance does not cover any of your belongings. It is a very common misconception.

There is a solution for this and it is Tenant's Insurance available at my office.

Your landlord's policy protects the building, not your belongings or liability. Moreover, many landlords now require their tenants to have this type of protection.

Whether it's reducing energy use at home, choosing sustainable options, or simply being more mindful of our daily choices, every little step counts toward a healthier planet for all of us.​

Some simple, eco-friendly habits I've adopted: walking or biking for short errands instead of driving - such as a destination walk for groceries/ growing herbs on my windowsill / using reusable water bottles everywhere I go / unplugging electronics when I'm not using them. Sometimes it's just using your imagination on everyday things we do.
