Craziness is moving markets as expected it would. Protests at capital hill, conversations of impeachment and soon to be change of political power, combined with expanded Covid closures has volitility front and center and it's here to stay.

Happy Thursday!
Pro Trump riots yesterday left 4 dead as President Trump announced early this morning there will be an orderly transition of power to confirmed new President Biden on the 20th. As the demecrates sweep every political house the markets get renewed optimism that this will lead to perhalps more stimulus. The Dow broke a record 31000 and global markets followed that lead. Us futures off slightly from that mark at time of writing.
Risk on sentiment turned risk off for precious metals as the whole complex droped slightly. With cryptocurrency taking the lead through millenials thers been a false shift of safe haven power. I expect a swift and violent downturn in the markets ahead as reality as to the state of global affairs will set in and fantasy and the feeling of free money's bubble will burst. Buy the dips people!

Let's keep it brief today as the only real news is awaiting the results of the US voting in Georgia to control the senate. If Democrates win majority expect more fireworks in the market.

Good Tuesday morning!
US markets corrected yesterdays morning gains to post the worst 1st day of trading to start a year since 1932. Markets did pare its loses and have been choppy overnight and premarket.
Precious metals had a strong day with heavy buying to start the year. 9 consecutive days of ETF accumulations now has Gold at 1950 and Silver almost 27.50. Platinum and Palladium had quite a move as well trading in a 100 dollar range top to bottom as it tries to push higher.
Carl Icahn legendary investor made a strong statement yesterday saying he thinks equity markets have gotten away from itself and thinks stocks are expensive. He ended saying when corrections do occur they are swift and hard and his investments are hedged at the moment. aaavault.com/contact to find out more.

Happy New Year!
Global markets and US futures on the rise with the US dollar dropping. It seems at the moment at least investors feeling good about themselves in the face of this pandemic. With the fed saying they will go to all measures to support the economy and a new president in office alls right in the world.
Gold coming off a 30% annual increase, silver a 46% increase with platinum at 15%, saw ETFs and investors pilling in to start the year. Everything is up for now overall but im expecting violent swings are ready to pop its head shortly.

Good morning and Happy New year in advance!
Global markets from China to the UK seen gains as much as 1.5%. US futures are flat as Trump’s idea of higher stimulus cheques to individuals was rejected.
Gold, silver and platinum ETFs seeing increased holdings for multiple days. Gold looking to close the year north of 1900. Silver has had a great year up almost 50% on avg. Platinum looking to close the year on its highs and flirting 1100. Palladium investors after experiencing a crazy run in the last few years are now shifting their investment into Platinum.
As we head into the New Year and a new regime in the US, Brexit in the UK, and COVID running wild with multiple strains in the face of new vaccines, expect volitility to be nuts.

Good morning!
The major headline of the last 12 hours is the delay of a Senate vote on the upsized US stimulus package. However, global economic data released overnight was mostly positive with a large jump in nationwide UK house prices.
Precious metals continue to be range bound led by Platinum pushing to end the year on a fresh high. With 1 and a half days left in the 2020 trading year were now looking forward to what will be a wild 2021 in the markets.

President Trump signs the Covid stimulus deal and US equities rise on the open.
With 3 and a half trading days left in the year expect volume to be light and volatile.
Precious metals also receiving a boost accross the board led by the white metals. Silver up almost 3% while Platinum and Palladium up by 2%. Gold flirting $1900 an ounce.

Another day and more drama go figure! Global equities led by US futures slumped with the speculation of President Trump not going to back the stimulus bill. I personally don't see it and it's just something else to make the markets more volatile than it already is.
That volatility didn't do much to help precious metals as it also sold off slightly and remains range bound as we head into the holidays.

Good Tuesday morning!
Global equity markets recovered from yesterdays selloff as the US markets roared all the way back shaking off news of the new mutations of the covid virus discovered in the UK.
In precious metals China's extensive demand for silver had ETFs continue to accumulate silver by buying 3 million ounces bringing the total to around 250 million on the year. This should close the gold silver ratio some.
Gold had an uneventful overnight trade while Platinum recovered off its wild 8% 5am selloff 24 hours ago.
Again what a difference 24 hours make. As Ive continued to mention buy the dips!
