Viscount Mining Corp. ("Viscount" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: VML) (OTCQX: VLMGF) is pleased to announce completion of the first phase of the core drill campaign at the Silver Cliff Project in Colorado, where the final four drill holes (K26-05 through K26-08) encountered widespread hydrothermal alteration, brecciation, manganese-oxide mineralization, strong sulphide mineralization with increasing intensity, visible galena and localized massive sulphide veining north of the Kate Resource area. The Company believes these results support its interpretation that the mineralized hydrothermal system at Silver Cliff extends beyond the current Kate Silver resource area and northward toward the Passiflora porphyry target and the Ben West volcanic complex, potentially indicating proximity to a larger mineralized system.

Viscount Mining Announces Mobilization of Rosor Exploration for Silver Cliff Airborne Survey Program

Vancouver, B.C. — May 20, 2026 — Viscount Mining Corp. (TSX-V: VML / OTCQX: VLMGF) (“Viscount” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Rosor Exploration Corp. (“Rosor”) has commenced mobilization activities in preparation for the previously announced high-resolution airborne electromagnetic (“EM”) and magnetic survey at the Company’s flagship Silver Cliff Project in Colorado.
Field operations are expected to commence during the week of May 18, 2026. The airborne survey program is anticipated to take approximately two weeks to complete, with Rosor expected to deliver its final interpreted report and datasets within approximately 40 days following completion of the survey.
The survey will utilize Rosor’s advanced drone-based EM and magnetic surveying platform across the Silver Cliff property, with the objective of further refining drill targets associated with the Company’s emerging Passiflora gold-copper porphyry discovery.

Viscount Drilling Confirms Targeted Tr2/Tr3 Silver-Host Rhyolites Extend Beyond Kate Resource Boundary at Silver Cliff

The Tr2 and Tr3 rhyolite units represent the principal host rocks for silver mineralization at Silver Cliff and have historically returned some of the highest-grade silver intercepts drilled on the property, including intervals grading up to 3,280 g/t silver.

VANCOUVER, BC – May 13, 2026 – Viscount Mining Corp. (TSXV: VML) (OTCQX: VLMGF) (“Viscount” or the “Company”) is pleased to provide an update on its ongoing 2026 core drilling program at the Company’s wholly owned Silver Cliff Project in Colorado, where drilling continues to confirm the scale and continuity of the mineralized hydrothermal system surrounding the Kate Silver Resource (“KSR”).

The Company has now completed drill holes K26-02, K26-03 and K26-04, all of which successfully intersected the targeted Tr2 and Tr3 rhyolite host units associated with historical high-grade silver at the Kate Silver Resource (“KSR”). Importantly, each hole encountered widespread manganese oxide mineralization, strong flow-banded rhyolite textures, limonitic alteration, brecciation, and pervasive structural fracturing — hallmark geological features historically associated with silver-bearing zones across the district.
