Gentai Capital recently funded a $450,000 first mortgage purchase secured by a property in Surrey, BC.

Structured in first position at 42% LTV, this financing supported the borrower’s purchase with a clear and disciplined lending approach.

The borrowers required expedited financing after their bank was unable to complete the transaction within the required timeline. Working closely with the mortgage broker, our team successfully closed the file within four days while maintaining prudent underwriting standards.
