Great news for home buyers from the government this morning!

Following up with the August launch of allowing first time home buyers a 30 year amortization on new build homes, starting on December 15, 2024 anyone who is purchasing their first home can extend to 30 years with less than 20% down.
Also launching on December 15, 2024 is that anyone purchasing a new build can extend their amortization to 30 years with less than 20% down.

What does this mean?
- lower payments
- ability to qualify for more
