I know I am…..well the best the one can be.... but something we need to all be present and agreeable on is………
During the holidays remember to stay close to family and/or friends... Family/Friends love is everything during these times, look after each other.... it's a holiday many LOVE but it's also a holiday many despise due to loneliness, loss of loved ones, the expectations on money spent, loved ones away and can’t be or get home, and dreary cold weather…
Please take a breather, count your blessings, maybe set a extra plate at your table for a guest, volunteer your time at a shelter, check on your friends, family or neighbor...
…. Let's all bring some warmth back into the holidays... my Christmas wish 😊🎄

Staging your home during the holiday season can seem challenging, but here
are some easy tips you can use so you can get it just right!

❄️Go for a simple wreath and seasonal
planters. We all love fun lawn inflatables and
Santa decor but it's best to keep your holiday decor neutral while showing your home. Don't worry, after your home sells you can bring out all of the fun decor.

❄️Make sure your home is warm when buyers enter. No one wants to walk into a home and feel a cold draft. Cozy and inviting scents are a big hit.

❄️Keep your home free of clutter. You want
your home to look as large and spacious as
possible - extra decor can make it feel and look cramped. No hoarding!!!!
