Gitxsan Development Corporation is looking for a Recruitment and Training Coordinator to join our Human Resources team in South Hazelton, BC.
This full-time, permanent role supports recruitment campaigns, training programs, community outreach, student engagement, employee onboarding, and PPE coordination across GDC and its subsidiaries. You’ll help connect community members with skills development, safety certifications, and meaningful employment opportunities.

We’re looking for someone who has:
✅ 1–2 years of experience in training coordination, administration, recruitment support, or community outreach
✅ Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
✅ Experience with social media, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and database tools
✅ A valid Class 5 BC Driver’s Licence
✅ A friendly, professional, and community-focused approach
