ayers of pain Last Man Standing backyard ultra in Terrace B.C.
6.7km with 138m of elevation every hour on the hour until one person is left.
I managed to beat out Rory who won the race last year and is an absolute beast!
Chay was supporting me all day feeding and keeping me hydrated, wouldn’t have even come close without her. Josh and Jo also supported for most of the day and came in clutch with some sushi and extra ice! Adam (fellow ultra racer) also stayed for a few hours to help support.
It was a great event put on by some great people!
