Q: I already have house insurance on
my property, why do I need mortgage loan insurance?

A. These are two completely different types of insurance. Your
house insurance protects you in case of fire, severe weather
conditions, accidents, or anything that can cause damage to
your home or you. Mortgage loan insurance is for the lender
and protects the lender in case of a mortgage loan defaults.

The most common question that I am hearing from everyone is "What is the best rate you can provide?"

So, The answer to that question in simple language is :

What is your Credit Score? Your Income to Debt Ratios, Current and non current Assets and Liabilities, What are you willing to pay for the down payment? What happens if your credit score is not good? Whether your mortgage is insured or conventional? Have you filed current year's taxes etc.
However, There are many more factors that are reviewed by the lender to provide the best rate!!!
