Community Futures Prince Albert and District We make business happen. PA Community Futures is a non-profit organization providing small business loans to individuals wanting to be self-employed.

We require a fully completed business plan outlining the structure of your business, experience, skill sets, management experience, human resource needs, marketing plan and know your competition. We provide a business plan template but ask our clients to look at other business plan sites to develop a viable business plan. We also provide training sessions for small business owners on topics helpful to the small business person.

Join us for the first meeting of the 2026-27 Prince Albert Business HUB. These meetings are about entrepreneurs helping each other. Come share your business stories, make connections and grab your lunch at the same time. (attendees are responsible for their own lunch costs) Open to all interested in the Small Business Community of the PACF service area.

Each meeting will have a short presentation on a topic that relates to small business. Carolyn Carleton will be attending this session to discuss "Getting Back in the Groove" with fall upon us. She will also discuss the upcoming workshop in partnership with PACF and Entrepreneurs with Disabilities.

Please RSVP so we can give the facility owner a heads up on numbers attending. No charge to attend, only the cost of your lunch.

The Side Hustle Program is here to help.💁

Designed for passionate, go-getter individuals, aged 16 years and up, in the Prince Albert & District Community Futures (PACF) service area. This program offers up to $500 in non-repayable funds upon completion to launch a side business.

The $500 can be put towards critical costs such as social media and advertising, website and e-commerce development, bookkeeping support, capital purchases, or other expenses as approved by the Program Manager. Funds are not meant for direct sales, multi level marketing, or to go towards purchase price of an existing business. This session will run September – November, we’re ready to support you through every step. Seats are limited, so we encourage you to submit your application early!💲
