Have you ever wondered about the difference between growth and value investing?
For one, these terms apply to stock investing, and shifting between the two can affect your overall investments. These popular methodologies employ when selecting stocks, a few distinctions below:
Growth-style investing is when value is placed in stocks of fast growing companies (where revenue tends to be stronger than other companies) i.e. Google, Amazon etc.
Value-style investing is when you buy into a company that's trading for less than the true worth of the business, as if the company is "on sale". But, the underlying fundamentals on the company are strong.
