LiveWell Mortgage Plus is still open for business. All banks are offering measures to help you deal with hardship during these times. Some are deferring payments for 6 to 1 month at a time. Please visit the website of your mortgage company for more details.

I have helped many clients so far to get their deferred payment approved so please do not hesitate to reach out to me if you are having challenges navigating this on your own.

Should I consider a deferred payment option?
My answer to you is yes, only if your income has been affected. This is one less payment to worry about for a month or two. If you are concerned about how this will affect your mortgage, please reach out to me when you are back on regular payments and we’ll work out a plan to bring your mortgage back to normal.
