At BrokerUnion Insurance, growth has never only been about numbers. It has always been about people, alignment and culture.

Recently, we brought our team together for our company town hall, with colleagues joining from across our different offices, including Pickering, Barrie, Mississauga, Whitby, Sudbury and Kitchener.

As a company of more than 100 people, speaking over 25 languages and representing a truly diverse workforce, it is important that we continue to come together with purpose. In a growing organization, clear and open communication does not happen by accident. It must be intentional.

Our town hall created space for important conversations between leadership, broker partners, branch partners and staff. It was not just about updates from the company. It was about two-way communication, listening, learning, sharing ideas and making sure we continue moving forward together.

Our culture remains simple: One team. One goal. One vision.

Thank you to every member of the BrokerUnion family for continuing to show up, speak up, support each other and help us move forward together.

What a great day celebrating the grand opening of our newest location BrokerUnion Insurance - Sudbury , last Friday.

A sincere thanks to everyone who came out to support us and be part of this milestone. From our carrier partners, affiliate partners, branch partners, staff, local councillors and community members, your presence truly meant a lot to us.

The day had a great local feel with live music by local artist, Allison MacDonald, beautiful classic car display, an ice cream truck and Rewind 103.9 broadcasting live from the event. A special thank you to Alex from Rewind Mornings and the Rewind 103.9 team for helping us bring energy and awareness to the day.

Opening in the greater Sudbury area is an important step for BrokerUnion Insurance as we continue to grow across Ontario while staying committed to the communities we serve.

Thank you again to everyone who helped make this grand opening so special.

Last night with the Toronto Raptors reminded us why we love the game and what it represents.
The energy in the arena was unmatched, but what stood out most was the grit. The kind of perseverance that shows up when things are not going your way and you keep pushing anyway.
We were honoured to be invited by our partners at CAA Insurance and it got us thinking. Whether it is on the court or in business, success rarely comes easy. There are always challenges, unexpected plays and moments where you have to dig a little deeper.
But when you are surrounded by the right team and working toward a shared goal, you find a way forward.
