•STEP 3: analyzing data using our own sophisticated, proprietary financial planning and Symphony Strategic Investment PlanningTM asset allocation software to provide potential strategies and recommendations based on numerous scenarios and projections in consultation with you.

•STEP 4: preparing your written plan – this is presented with our recommendations and an explanation of projections and how to best get you from here to there.

•STEP 5: the implementation of your plan.

June is National Indigenous History Month, a time to honour the rich cultures, histories and contributions of First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples across Canada. As we reflect on this heritage, we also look ahead to reconciliation through continued learning and action, led by our reconciliACTION Business Resource Group, our Reconciliation Action Plan and sustainability strategy. Through this work, we aim to support the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s Calls to Action and strengthen relationships with Indigenous communities. Together, we can help create a meaningful, long-term impact.

This June, IGM is proud to celebrate Pride Month with the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. Our Pride BRG plays a key role in promoting allyship, understanding and inclusion across our organization year-round, bringing us closer to building a workplace where everyone feels they belong. To mark the beginning of Pride season, our Pride Business Resource Group will host flag-raising ceremonies in our offices and proudly march in the Winnipeg Pride Parade. We encourage everyone to participate in all the upcoming Pride BRG events as we continue working toward a space where everyone can be their authentic selves.
