One size does not always fit all well neither does an interest rate! If you shop around for a smaller purchase like a TV, clothing or groceries then why don`t you shop around for your mortgage? Did you know that I can pre-approve you for a mortgage up to 120 days before your closing date! This means if the interest rates go up within those 120 days you are still going to get the pre-approved lower rate and if they go down then your interest rate goes down as well.
