Back to school is here! Are you ready? 📝🧐🍎
We thought we’d share some of the tips and tricks for navigating the back to school season.
👟 FOOTWEAR
Making sure that your child attends school with proper fitting footwear is essential. Ensuring footwear isn’t too big or too small helps reduce trip hazards and overall comfortability while learning and playing.
🥜 CHECK FOR ALLERGIES
It’s never a bad idea to check with your classroom if you have hesitations about whether or not something is safe for lunchtime. Likewise, if you have someone in your household with serious allergies don’t hesitate to contact your child’s school to inquire what safety precautions are in place to ensure a safe and happy learning environment.
☎️ UPDATED CONTACT INFORMATION
Make sure to review your contact information. This should be updated and correct at the beginning of each year to avoid any hiccups down the road.
👩🏫 ASK QUESTIONS
Feeling unsure or hesitant about something? Always ask questions. Just as we encourage our kids to raise their hands and ask for more clarification when it’s needed at school, we need to do our best to do the same.
