Role Description
As an senior associate Advisor with Sound Life Solutions, you will be responsible for managing an established book of clients while also supporting new prospects entering the business.
You will provide comprehensive planning and investment guidance, ensuring clients are protected, educated, and confident in their financial decisions.
This role requires a strong ability to manage appointments independently, follow up consistently, and confidently ask for the business. You must be comfortable establishing income goals and executing a plan to achieve them.
Licensing & Qualifications (Required)
• LLQP License — Mandatory
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services
• Proven success managing client assets and delivering measurable results
• Ability to manage a large client base efficiently
• Experience using a CRM system for client records and follow up management
• Bondable
• Willingness to travel for client meetings (as needed) and attend conferences/events
Assets:
• CFP, PFP, CLU designation (strongly preferred)
• Securities license (beneficial)
• Established track record in comprehensive financial planning and investment strategies
• Please note: Candidates must hold an active LLQP license.

Compensation
This is a commission-based sales role with bonus opportunities. Various compensation structures are available and will be discussed with successful candidates.
