Well, I was pretty excited for the day until THIS happened. 😔

I found my orange ball and brought it with me for our morning ball throw. I was so excited! My launcher was already in the car waiting for me.

We got to the park, me with my ball in my mouth, ready to PLAY… when I had to mark my territory. This is serious business, so I always drop my ball.

Well… we got out to the field and NO BALL. 😳

Somewhere between the car and the field, my ball disappeared. I have absolutely NO IDEA where it went, which is very unusual for me. I ALWAYS know where my ball is.

So instead of playing ball, I decided to help Mom carry the launcher while we looked for my ball.

I got a little excited and accidentally grabbed Mom’s hand… and broke the launcher at the exact same time. 🤦‍♂️

Back to the car we went.

Mom was pi**ed because apparently I need to be “gentle,” and there was NO BALL THROWING TODAY. 😒

BUT… I did hear Mom say something about going back to the dollar store to get another launcher.

And apparently this one is coming out of MY ALLOWANCE. 😳

My allowance that I normally like to use for TREATS.

Whatever an allowance is.

Mom asks what I want and I grab it.

So apparently I’m in trouble AND broke.

But I hear I have another walk coming up today… WITH A NEW BALL. 🥎

I’m pretty excited about that. Just don’t tell Mom.

There’s only one problem. I have to somehow scrape together $4.

I KNOW I have an allowance, but I’m not exactly sure how to access it.

I know Mom and I can send money to each other, so… can someone please send Mom $4 on my behalf so we can go to the store?

That way I won’t have to worry about it. I can tell Mom I’m paying for it, she can just go get the launcher, and I will have officially made my contribution.

And she has paid NOTHING. 😏

Seems fair to me.
