This is crucial to ensure you are getting paid for all of your scope of work and not just the original scope that was quoted.

Do you reconcile your bank, credit card and loan statements on a monthly basis with your accounting software?

If this isn't being done on a monthly basis you could be missing errors in your books such as missing expenses, duplicate expenses and or income.

Do you have more than 1 company vehicle? Do you know you should keep track of each vehicle expenses separately. This can be done by using classes in QBO

Also be sure to keep a auto log for each vehicle as well
