What You’ll Do:

Bring in investors to fund private mortgage opportunities

Present investment offerings and manage investor relationships

Experience in financial services, private lending, or real estate

Strong investor network or ability to build one

Confident, self-motivated, and comfortable on commission

Both fixed and variable mortgage rates have seen significant shifts following last week’s Bank of Canada interest rate cut benefitting both existing homeowners and new buyers.

The Bank of Canada’s cut of 0.25%, the first rate reduction since March 2020, comes as welcome news to variable rate mortgage holders and home equity line of credit borrowers. Additionally, bond yields have dropped, leading to most mortgage providers reducing fixed mortgage rates by up to 0.25%, particularly in 3- and 5-year terms. This shift presents opportunities for those with upcoming renewals or those looking to enter the market.
