"Elizabeth took me onto her team when I was pregnant and no longer able to continue with my previous career due to it. She was supportive and flexible from the get-go, including allowing me to create a schedule that worked for me which is a difficult thing to do as a military spouse with young children. She was extremely positive and encouraged me to push for success, setting me up with ample opportunities for learning and progressing not only with the InGenuity Group but also setting me up for success should my path take me onto government work with the CRAs SR&ED program.

The InGenuity Group is a small and close knit group who have been extremely patient and supportive through all the many learning curves that working with a CRA program will present.

The job has allowed for me to adjust my schedule as needed through the various chapters of life I have gone through since I joined the team. I have been able to work when I can so long as I am able to complete my work. The schedule has been very flexible.

The job has also been extremely helpful during military postings and all that entails. Being able to bring my job with me during travel, and change is life-altering. I am able to maintain financial stability while deal with the constant changes that come with the military lifestyle.

In general, Elizabeth has been wildly supportive, flexible and patient. She has a deep understanding of what it is to balance work and life with all its many changes. I am EXTREMELY grateful that she took a chance on me and I look forward to all the learning to come!
