*Premium reduction:
- Existing eligible policyholders (insureds) of the Victor Canada Architects & Engineers (A&E) professional liability program who did not attend the Victor Canada October 30, 2025 webcast, "Navigating the pitfalls: Problematic contract clauses and key legal updates," and who meet the criteria for satisfactory participation in this re-run, qualify for a premium reduction and will receive a certificate to submit to their broker at their next policy renewal.
- Victor Canada will not provide a premium reduction to policyholders (insureds) who already received a certificate for attending the October 30, 2025 webcast.
- The premium reduction is $250 per attendee, up to a maximum of the lesser of 10% of the premium or $2,500 per firm.
- The premium reduction certificate must be submitted to the policyholder's broker at the time of their next policy renewal. It can also be used for continuing education credits with the policyholder’s professional association(s), where applicable.
