Dan Schultz started at CrossPoint Financial as a co-op student in 2021. He returned full-time in 2024, because once you experience what this kind of work can do for people, it is hard to walk away. A Carleton Finance graduate, Dan brings experience across operations, investment research, and client-facing advisory work. He understands how all the pieces fit together, not just his corner of it. What sets Dan apart is a genuine belief that clients should understand their own financial plan, not just trust it. He builds that understanding into every conversation, so the people he works with feel the confidence that comes from actually knowing what is happening with their money. Off the court, or the golf course, or wherever the latest competition takes him, he is probably already thinking about the next one. We love having that energy on the team.

He and his wife are self-described foodies who explore the world one restaurant and one country at a time. That same openness to different cultures, perspectives, and ways of building a life shapes how Zarian approaches every client relationship. But what defines Erin isn’t her credentials. It is the moment a client finally sees a clear path forward. That’s what she’s here for. Outside the office, she’s all in on family time, skiing, hiking, and live music. Balance isn’t a concept to Erin. It is a practice. We’re glad to have her on the team.

Behind every smooth client experience at CrossPoint Financial, there’s Lindsay. As our Head of Operations & Client Experience, Lindsay Thom has spent nearly two decades shaping how financial service teams work, and more importantly, how clients feel when they walk through the door.
From investment advisor roles, to senior branch management, to building national advisor support programs at iA Private Wealth, Lindsay joined CrossPoint in 2021 to bring that experience closer to home.
Off the clock, you’ll find her coaching girls’ hockey right here in Ottawa. The same sport, the same city, the same commitment to the next generation. We’re glad she’s on our team.
