🏡 You’re approved for your mortgage. You’ve found the house. The closing date is getting closer.
At this point, it’s natural to feel like the hardest part is behind you.
But the period between mortgage approval and closing is still important. Your lender may review your financial situation again before the mortgage is finalized.
That’s why I always tell my clients:
Once you’re approved, stay financially consistent until you get the keys. 🔑
A little caution during those final weeks can help avoid unnecessary surprises at closing.
