Why do we install heat pumps at our income properties?

It’s an excellent way to heat and cool a space efficiently using electricity and your hydro costs can be separately metered. Another bonus, is being able to enjoy the energy rebates to reduce the costs of purchasing the equipment.

Why we avoid sharing a forced air gas furnace for multi-unit buildings?

This can cause increased issues with noise travel, cooking odours and temperature variations.
