What a wonderful stay we had at our newest acquisition. Sunrise tea on the deck and time to talk about realestate investing, our goals and to celebrate our accomplishments. Definitely a pinch me moment….never in our wildest dreams did we think we would own an ocean front cottage on the Atlantic Ocean.

Flashback to our first property purchased as a corporation! Beautiful? We think so 😉 Here’s why it’s a success:
1. Purchase price under market value
2. Cash flow from day one
3. Underperforming rents
4. Huge rental shortage in this area
5. Just 5 months after purchase day we paid our investor back in full and had more to put towards another investment
6. There is still room for rent increases and increased cash flow
