Personal Lines Technical Service Representative (TSR)
Are you an experienced Personal Lines insurance professional who is organized, detail-oriented and enjoys being part of a collaborative team?
W.B. White Insurance is looking for a Personal Lines Technical Service Representative (TSR) to join our team!
In this role, you'll support our Personal Lines team with the accurate and timely processing of policy changes, new business, renewals and client documentation while working closely with Account Managers and our insurance partners.
What You'll Do
• Process new business, policy changes, endorsements, renewals and cancellations
• Review policies and documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain accurate client information within our Broker Management System
• Work within insurance company portals to process transactions and obtain information
• Communicate with underwriters regarding policy changes and requirements
• Provide day-to-day technical and administrative support to our Account Managers
• Help maintain strong service, documentation and quality-control standards
What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive tasks
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Experience working with insurance company portals and policy documentation
• Applied EPIC experience is preferred
• RIBO licence is preferred; however, we are open to considering the right candidate based on their experience and qualifications
