Our last tip for getting the most out of your digital planner is to keep it on hand. Or if you've been following your other tips keeping the device or devices that you sync with it, (phone, tablet etc.) on hand. Plans can change quickly, so can tasks and deadlines, being able to change them in your planner right away is a great way to keep things running efficiently.

This allows you to have the information necessary for certain tasks without taking up unnecessary space. For example, if one of your tasks is to sign a document by the end of the week, adding a hyperlink would allow that document to be available as soon as you have the time to sign it, as opposed to having to look through paperwork.
