The right template is different for everyone but often has things such as a monthly, weekly and daily section so you’re able to break down tasks based on deadline. For those that take a lot of notes or use abbreviations in their planning, having a notes section is also extremely useful. So while it may be time consuming, finding the right template is the first step to efficiently using a digital planner.

It increases productivity by cutting down on the in-between time deciding between tasks and which order to do them in, allowing you to use that time on different tasks or sometimes even just for a break.
