Had an amazing night last week at the Orillia Chamber of Commerce annual dinner!!

Great to see Bob Brown being celebrated by the whole chamber - he’s been a mentor and family friend for years and truly deserves the recognition. Additionally I was lucky enough to have my dad David Jenkins there with me too, my biggest supporter through everything.

Honestly, getting him back into the community and into a suit now that’s he’s retired is something I wasn’t sure I could pull off!

Grateful for the people in my corner and in our community.

I had a wonderful time yesterday volunteering at The Sharing Place here in Orillia with some incredible colleagues.

We were proud to donate $1500 to the food bank, courtesy of RBC, and then we rolled up our sleeves to work. Together, we managed to prepare over 500L of gravy, which is certainly the most gravy I have ever made.

This was an awesome way to support a much needed cause here in Orillia.

I am incredibly proud to share that, thanks to the generosity of friends, family, colleagues, and clients, My mother, Lynne Jenkins and I raised over $2,700 for North Simcoe Victim Services Orillia Ride For Refuge. It was a great day all around. Beautiful weather, great company, and an even better cause.

A huge thank you to North Simcoe Victim Services for the incredible work you do in our community, and to everyone who donated and supported the cause. Your kindness truly makes a difference.
