What an inspiring experience listening to entrepreneurs pitch their business through the EmpowerHER program with the Henry Bernick Entrepreneurship Centre.

Each pitch was flled with passion, creativity, and confidence, and it was such a privilege to hear the stories, ideas, and vision behind each business.

Thank you Henry Bernick Entrepreneurship Centre for creating such a supportive space for entrepreneurs to learn, grow, and share their work.

We’re proud to highlight a Pathways to Employment youth participant, Isabelle. They gained meaningful experience with The Couchiching Conservancy.

Through the Pathways to Employment program, they were able to build hands-on experience in conservation, contribute to the protection of local natural areas, grow their confidence, and explore new career pathways with the support of incredible mentors.

This opportunity helped open the door to a new role in the conservation field, supporting their lifelong dream of connecting communities with the natural spaces around them.
