Paula’s daughter Amanda Scott has been assisting Paula for over a decade, and has over 2 years of mortgage experience as and Agent. She has learned hands-on from one of the most reputable brokers in the Canadian industry, her own mother, while also running a successful Private Music Teaching business herself for over 10 years. After a decade of self- employment she decided to pursue mortgages full time as it has always been a passion of hers. In addition to a Bachelor of Arts from Brock University and entrepreneurial experience, Amanda has extremely good problem solving skills and it truly is her goal to help everyone achieve their homeowning dreams. Her enthusiasm for houses began as a young child and has only fuelled her into being an incredibly passionate and compassionate addition to BestRate Financial. Like her mother, Amanda enjoys playing instruments and spending time with her toddler and pets. She has purchased 2 homes already and therefore has extensive knowledge of lending rules, mortgages products and investment opportunities.
