Anyone with a variable Mortgage Rate will be happy to see this!

We're slowly getting there. Inflation at or below 3% will definitely remove pressure from Central Banks (BoC) from hiking rates further, and may even create opportunity to cut rates... hopefully that's not just wishful thinking! Either way, we're on the right path.
