This is good news for buyers ! Condo developers should have more regulation/fines when they cancel developments. Even if the developer refunds the deposit some buyers could of lost three years of equity!!

Ontario has proposed new regulations that would double the fines for condo developers who cancel pre-construction projects and then increase the price of units.
