🌟Celebrating Aurore Viau — 44 Years of Dedication and Excellence

After an incredible 44 years in the mortgage industry, we are proud to celebrate Aurore Viau as she officially retires from her role as Mortgage Broker.

Aurore began her career in June 1981, and in March 1985, she and John Ribalkin founded what is now The Nova Team at Verico Nova Financial Services Inc.
Since then, she has been the heart and foundation of our team—bringing wisdom, integrity, and care to every client and colleague she’s worked with.

While Aurore is stepping back from her role as a broker, she isn’t going far! She’ll continue to oversee our operations and financial management, ensuring the Nova Team continues to run smoothly and successfully.

Beyond her professional legacy, Aurore is also the proud mother of four and grandmother of seven, and we know she’s looking forward to spending more time with her wonderful family.

Ethan Ribalkin of Verico Nova will "Ride On" to raise funds for cancer treatment and research on August 23rd. To donate, please visit:

The event was initially called the “Ride to Conquer Cancer”, then the “Tour to de Cure”. When the second event was canceled, The Brainiacs Cycling Team's leaders came together with other teams to create a new event that we are calling Ride On. This is the inaugural event taking place on August 23, 2025.

The best part?

Not 80%, not 90%, not 98%, but 100% of donations go directly to cancer research and treatment!

When I started training for the event, I did so in memory of my dear friend, Bob White, who fought bravely against Leukemia for many years, which I continue to this day. Like all of us, since then I have had other loved ones face their own battles with cancer. I think of all of these people I deeply care about when I train and prepare for the event.

It has always been a wonderful experience to cross the finish line – and I am excited to "Ride on!" the fantastic leadership of the Braniacs and all the amazing cyclists.
