Institutions, and a Government Regulated Mortgage Default Insurer, I have developed a deep understanding of all facets of the mortgage process and I'm passionate in sharing them with you. Servicing most recently as an Account Manager in one of the largest real estate markets in Canada (GTA Core), I delivered educational seminars and training on mortgages to many of the "BIG Banks" - I identified substantial gaps in mortgage knowledge and customer care across retail banking spaces. I couldn't imagine being a buyer and walking into your branch and receiving little help on the most important financial decision of your life; your home! My commitment to elevating the industry standards and fostering a customer-centric approach continues to define my career and drive success for each and every customer. My passion for making every mortgage feel like a WIN is what drives me as YOUR mortgage agent! Outside of mortgages, my wife and I are dog lovers and actively involved in rescuing dogs. We currently have a beautiful Doberman, adopted from the Blue Mountains 6 years ago. We enjoy dedicating our time to support local animal shelters and rescue organizations, bringing immense personal fulfillment, but more so, immense happiness to their dog and their new, loving family.
