Still trying to process how unreal Monday was… ⛳️🔥

Spent the day at the Masters and it honestly felt like stepping into a different world. The course was absolutely pristine, every blade of grass perfect, every moment electric. Watching the pros up close, hearing the crowd react, and feeling that energy in person is something I’ll never forget.

Grateful I got to experience this bucket-list moment twice now with family, and I got pics this time as you can take a camera during practice rounds! Still no phones at Augusta. Some will call me lucky, however I know the work I’ve put in the past 15+ years. We didn’t take a vacation for 7 years up until last year so I could grow my business before, during and after Covid.

2025- THANK YOU!! This year provided challenges, growth, patience and a lot of exciting moments! I want to thank all my friends, clients and referral partners who continue to refer and trust me! It truly means the world to me. Thanking my wife who continues to support me every day! The long hours and commitment this job takes is not always pretty and your patience is always admired. In no particular order:

-First Vacation without kids in 7 years with the wife. We actually had 2 vacations this year which was so needed.

-Record year for me with over 140 transactions closed. So many stories- Relocations, divorces, first time buyer magic, renewals, investment property purchases, debt consolidations, build projects, private mortgages. This is why I love my job, it’s never mundane. Helping people is what I’m meant to do.

-BLUE JAYS Magical season (sooo close)

-Got to witness 2 game 7’s, go to 3 World Series games and saw Blue Jays reach WS for first time in 32 years

-Had the privilege to send 75 of my clients and referral partners to Blue Jays games. Got to see batting practice live on the field and meet the players.

- A couple of health setbacks which really put a hold on what I could have really done this year. That’s ok though, it’s all part of the story and it can’t always be rainbows and sunshine.

I can’t wait for what 2026 has waiting for me! Looking forward to more time with family and sharing more about what I do here with you guys. One thing I failed in personally was not showing up online as much as I wanted. My goal is to change that in 2026!

Happy Birthday to my beautiful amazing wife ❤️. This year we get to celebrate together for your birthday and Father’s Day! What’s even better, in 3 weeks we will be looking at the same crystal blue waters we did 7 years ago on our 1st vacation!

Happy Mother’s Day ❤️. Thank you for everything you do for us and the kids on a daily and weekly basis. We’d be lost without you! Truly.
- The amazing home cooked meals
- Remembering all the kids activities
- Planning the kids birthday parties
- Buying all the kids clothes
- Helping the kids with their school projects
- Making Freya look like a princess each morning
- Teaching our boys to behave like gentlemen.
- Organizing and planning our trips
- Making us all feel special even if we don’t want or deserve it 😩

This only scratches the surface. Watching the kids look up to you with their happy smiling faces everyday saying “Momma, mommy I need this” and you taking care of it makes me and us appreciate you more and more each day ❤️. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

And to my mom . What you’ve taught and shown me over the last 40 years has been invaluable. I wouldn’t be where I am today without you and Dad’d amazing guidance, love and structure. You always put family first and my kids always rave about going to see Grandma all the time! You continue to show them and us what being a mom for a lifetime truly is. We all love you so much and can’t thank you enough for all you do for me, Paige and all the kids.
