This includes controlling your emotions in a constructive way, knowing your values, learning to say no, and fostering healthy relationships with yourself and with others.

True wealth is your health. If neglected and compromised, you canโt accomplish anything. Exercising, lifting weights, dancing, going for walks, being in nature, taking up a new hobby or learning a new skill, etc. are ways you can elevate your physical wellbeing.

Saving XX amount of money in an emergency fund, accumulating XX amount in monthly passive income, creating new streams of revenue, learning how money works, looking into life insurance, working on your credit score, setting up an investment fund for your kids, etc. are some areas m you can focus on to improve your financial wellbeing.
Nobody plans to fail, they just fail to plan. Once you have your intentions and goals, make it visible. Print it out or have your vision board in an area that youโll see it daily.
Write it down, set a target, be intentional, take imperfect actions daily to move the needle, stay consistent, stay accountable & pivot and adjust as needed.
