This one didn’t need to be built. It needed to be found.

Lara wasn’t chasing a project. She wanted real 1950s presence. Bold. Different. Canadian. Then this showed up. Pink, black, gold. Running. Complete. Decision made.

The Lucerne flies under the radar. Most people default to more familiar Mercury models. In person, this changes that fast. It stops people cold.

La dolce vita, Carmine from our New Hamburg office lives it, breathes it, and apparently eats it too. This month's spotlight is all his as he is our Featured Broker of the Month!

If you've ever had the pleasure of working with Carmine, you already know, he's just one of those people. The kind who makes you feel at ease the moment you talk to him, and who you'd genuinely enjoy grabbing a coffee with.

Outside of work, Carmine is a man of impeccable taste and we have the proof. When he's not tracking down rare vinyl records or laying down riffs on the guitar 🎸, you'll find him seeking out the finest sandwiches Italy has to offer 🥖. Priorities, right?
Whether it's the perfect record, the perfect riff, or the perfect bite, Carmine simply does not miss.
We're proud to have him on our team and even prouder to put him in the spotlight this month. He's earned it. (And probably a good sandwich too.)

1986 Ford Mustang – Custom Build

What started as a nod to a first car turned into something far more serious.

Scott Young’s 1986 Mustang brings back the feel of his original ’86, but this time with intent. Built with JH Restorations in Oldcastle, the car started as a clean Foxbody shell from Alberta and quickly escalated.

Under the hood sits a 7.3L Godzilla V8 paired to a 10-speed transmission. It’s backed by a full RideTech suspension setup, custom widebody steel flares, and a stance to match. Every detail, from the shaved engine bay to the hand-built bodywork, was done to keep the look clean and controlled.

Inside, the car was completely reworked. Modern materials, reshaped seating, and subtle custom touches bring it up to date without losing the character of the original car.

After a two-year build, it debuted at Detroit Autorama taking 1st in class and an Outstanding Street Machine award. It followed that up at Motorama with Best Ford, multiple class wins, and Canada’s Grand Champion.
