The tool is offered from a company called RPS which is within the Brookfield company! This tool is great to use if your thinking on refinancing and need starting point to see the most equity we can pull out of your home. I want to keep you all up to date with the current rates in the industry. Right now our rates are still very low but have shifted a little bit. If you are thinking about buying now is the time to do it before the rates start shifting more. Don't wait to call when the house you find is already on the market give us a call now so when you find the house you already know that you can afford it. For us to know that you will qualify it only takes a few minutes of your time! Good Day Everyone! As some of you may know right now is definitely still booming in the housing market. We have been still been getting a crazy amount of calls for people looking to purchase!
