FRAUD ALERT: Don't Trust Caller ID Alone. We are aware of local scams where fraudsters are impersonating Telus and using spoofed phone numbers that appear legitimate on caller ID. Individuals were persuaded to grant remote access to their computers, allowing fraudsters to access personal information and potentially financial accounts.
✅ Hang up if you receive an unexpected call asking for remote access to your computer.
✅ Never share passwords, verification codes, or banking information over the phone.
✅ Contact Telus directly using a trusted number from their website or your bill to verify any concerns.

NDCU has given out $126,388 in donations and sponsorships thus far in 2026. One of the recipients is the Selkirk Concert Society, where funding will help provide complimentary tickets to each concert in their 2026-2027 season for community members facing financial barriers. Together, we're helping make arts and culture more accessible and ensuring more people can experience the power of live music in our community.

The National Day for Truth and Reconciliation is an important day for Indigenous Peoples and all Canadians. NDCU honours the survivors of Canada's residential school system, their families, communities, and those who did not make it home.
