Fraud Alert: How can you identify a SIM swap attack?
• Sudden loss of phone service where you cannot make calls or send texts.
• Unexpected password reset confirmations where you receive emails confirming password changes you did not make.
• Missing two-factor authentication codes. When you log into accounts, you do not receive the SMS codes you are expecting.
• Suspicious bank account activity and unauthorized transactions or changes to your accounts.
• Mobile provider notifications about SIM changes or account modifications you did not authorize.

If any of these things happen to you, contact your mobile phone provider immediately.

Visa Debit is here! If you have an active MemberCard, you will receive a new Visa Debit card in the mail, close to the expiry date of your current MemberCard. If you want to replace your MemberCard with a Visa Debit card right away, please stop into one of our branches. New members will automatically receive a Visa Debit card when you open an account.
