What You’ll Be Doing

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple small-to-medium business clients using QuickBooks Online
Reconcile accounts, categorize transactions, and deliver monthly financials with clarity and precision
Support with GST/HST filings, WSIB, payroll processing, and year-end preparation
Communicate with clients in a friendly, professional, and empowering way
Collaborate with our team to improve systems, meet deadlines, and solve problems proactively

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

Have 2+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience (especially with multiple clients)
Are certified in or highly proficient with QuickBooks Online
Are organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
Are comfortable using CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and other office software
Can confidently follow a process—and help refine it as we grow
Have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
Are based in Ontario and available to work remotely
Enjoy being part of a growing, purpose-driven team
Show up with kindness, initiative, and a collaborative mindset

What We Offer

Employee position starting at 25 hours/week, with the opportunity to grow to 40 hours/week by year-end
Pay: $22–$25/hour depending on experience and qualifications
