Reverse Mortgages, or as we call them Equity Advantage Solutions, are an excellent way to take advantage of the equity you have built up in you own home over the past many years. It can help you in aging in place, enhancing your cash flow, or buying anything that you want. At the workshop I will explain the pros and cons of this product and how it can help you. Its' use has been expanding rapidly in Canada now running at growth of 20% annually. Come and bring a relative or friend. Note I'm only licensed for BC.

I am holding a seminar on Aging in Place at Nanaimo Senior Citizen Services at 2465 Labieux Rd. Nanaimo July 6th from 12 to 2 pm. A light lunch and beverages will be provided. There is no charge for the seminar.
This seminar will be of interest to seniors, who are homeowners, with good equity and no, or low, mortgages and are interested in staying in their own homes with home care or on their own. It may also be of interest to those who are experiencing a need for more cash availability for travel or other needs.

A representative of one of the Equity Advantage Lenders will also be at the seminar, to discuss downsizing, etc.
