Last Friday, we Sun Life Toronto advisor team had great opportunity to attend 2024 Annul Richmond Hill Business Development Meeting, hosted by City Councillor Simon Cui at Richmond Hill Municipal office.
More than 50 entrepreneurs from different professional fields, including Richmond Hill Board of Trade, BIA, Angel Capital, Real Estate Developers, financial and insurance , medical clinic, education institutes, food industry, automobiles, professional translation, business consultation, scientific research projects..., to participate in this meaningful discussion of Richmond Hill Economic Development Plan.
Federal Member of Parliament Majid Jowhari, Provincial Member of Parliament Daisy Wai, and Deputy Mayor Godwin Chan also joined the meeting.
Richmond Hill is located in the central hub of the Greater Toronto Area. With ongoing transportation project & commercial zone development, it becomes the top choice not only for local businesses, but also for many international companies to move their headquarters into Richmond Hill .
Leaders with forward thinking vision & proactive action will make great impact on the communities! City of Richmond Hill definitely will have promising & brighter future because of the great leadership team, and the full support from great citizens.
上週五有幸帶領永明金融多倫多團隊成員出席由華裔市議員 Simon Cui於列治文山市政廳所精心策劃的經濟論壇，超過50位來自各行各業各族裔企業家，包括列治文山商業局代表，BIA代表，天使投資基金，建築業，地產開發，金融保險投資，醫美，特殊教育，食品，汽車，專業翻譯，企業諮商，科研項目⋯⋯，共同參與討論列治文山市政經濟發展計劃，並相互交流！聯邦國會議員Majid Jowhari, 省議員Daisy Wai, 副市長Godwin Chan, 均到場参與互動！
不來虛心學習，不知道原來列治文山市位於大多倫多區的中心樞紐，交通便捷，進可攻退可守，是許多國際大企業的總部所在地！未來地鐵延伸至此區，將進一步帶動經濟篷勃發展！
想想今年初我原本目標就是在 Richmond Hill 買房，沒想到理想很美好，現實很骨感，發現Richmond Hill的房價之高，只有 Rich Men 可以買得起，所以我只好靜靜路過 “有錢人山”，北漂至 Newmarket 蘇武牧羊😅
誠如列治文山華裔副市長 Godwin Chan所言, 您可以往北邊及外圍城市，諸如 Newmarket安家落戶，但來 Richmond Hill 設立商業據點，為大多倫多地區的經濟發展共同努力！看來我是響應此一策略的實踐者了🤓
