We had a blast and helped raise over $311,000 for the CHEO and CAFO!
February 12th was the 26th Annual Ski for Kids event to raise funds for the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO), and the Children’s Aid Foundation of Ottawa, and if the weather was cold, our hearts were warm as we helped raise a record $311,641 that will be used to buy equipment and provide care and services to sick kids. As a title sponsor of the event, we were on site all day: organizing, skiing, meeting with the public, and handing out wine and fondue.
Everyone had a great time, the organizers – who are great – the participants, and the donors – who are obviously generous.
We’re already looking forward to breaking the fundraising record again next year!
