Reporting to the Assistant Credit/Collection Manager you will be mainly responsible for collection of accounts receivable.

Perform collection calls for past due accounts
Investigate reasons for non-payment and monitor progress of payment
Make arrangements with the customer to recover outstanding amounts
Send outstanding accounts to the collection agency
Maintain and update customer information as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS

Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is a must
Strong computer skills
High School Diploma
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a credit/collection agent or clerk
Customer service experience
Job Type: Full-time
